That was of course before I started the process of doing it and real life got in the way; although real life was of course far more important. However I got there in the end&#8230; well nearly &#8211; the proof copy is on the queue at the printers. Thanks to my very good friend Hamish, it&#8217;s looking pretty swish too, I hope the text between the covers do it justice.<\/p>\n<p>The book will only be available in good old paperback initially, so if you are addicted to your e-reader, as admittedly I am becoming, you will have to wait. Current estimated released date is mid-November.
